How can I get a set of documentation?
We intend to limit the printed documentation as much as possible. The website will give you most of the information you are likely to want. On the other hand, some people just prefer a hardcopy. Therefore we have a special button on the article page that will open a pdf file ready for printing. Not all articles have this button and it is possible that some information that you need is not found on the site. In this case we can send you the information by mail or by post. How can I get a price quotation?
We will be glad to send you a competitive offer. Please browse to the article(s) of your interest and indicate the boxes in the table. This will move your request to quotation request form. The same principle as a shopping cart applies. You will get a price quotation shortly. This price quotation can be accompanied by samples(post or carrier), reports, product information etc…Quotations depend on the quantity that you are likely to order; therefore it is important to fill in this estimated quantity in the responding box. Although small volumes are offered at competitive pricing, high volume orders will attract an even higher discount. Discounts are based on the total order volume (mixed products). Can I get a discount for repetitive orders?
Yes you can. If you give us your call off order for 6 months up to one year, we can base our quotation to you on the total volume for that period. This will enable you to profit from an even higher discount.
How can I get samples of the product(s) I am interested in?
Some products can be sampled (example: wipes, gloves...), others not (example: furniture). We will evaluate, based on the information you give us, if we can send you samples free of charge. In some cases we will not be able to send you free samples, however you will then have the possibility of placing a trial order or an evaluation order at a reduced price. If your evaluation proves to be positive and you place consecutively your first "real" order, we will credit (discount) the evaluation order*. *This on the condition that the value of your evaluation order is < 2% of your first "real" order.
I am looking for a product but I cannot find it on the site?
Although our website is continuously improving and we try to put all the products online, it is possible that you cannot find the product although we have in our range. Just contact us and we will try to help you out. All requests are handled on a short notice.
How do you ship goods to me?
This depends on your preference and the type and weight of the goods that have to be shipped. All stock goods are shipped from our warehouses in Aartselaar (Belgium). To all EU countries we can ship packages up to 100 kg with express freight with a 24 or 48 hours lead time. For pallet orders and non urgent goods we can use normal carriers that will take from 3 until 7 days depending on the country of destination. For eastern EU countries and non EU countries, the same rules apply, but lead times may vary. For the Middle East we normally ship by air with a lead time of approximately 7 days. If you prefer this, you can also let your carrier pick up the goods in our warehouses (Belgium). Remark : please note that for non stock goods or orders manufactured to order, the production lead time is indicated on the quotation or the pro forma invoice. You will need to add on top of this production lead time, the delivery lead time that is described above.
A pro forma invoice is the same as a real invoice. It will contain all the information that you will find on the real invoice, however it has not the same legal function as a real invoice. The pro forma invoice tells you how much your order is going to cost you and describes the goods and the quantity that you want to order, yet you will still have to confirm your order by making the payment first. The pro forma invoice can also be used for customs purpose and to import/export/declare the goods.
What guarantee do you give on delivered product?
All products receive a thorough visual inspection before shipment. All sterile or critical products are shipped with documentation and certificates of sterility or analysis. Complaints are accepted until 5 working days after delivery of the goods. Complaints have to be made in writing (letter, fax, e-mail). Defective goods will be replaced after the approval of our quality department. Therefore the defective goods or in some cases a good photograph that clearly shows the problem, has to be sent back to us. As a company that supplies state of the art cleanrooms in different categories of the industry, we have references that prove the high level of service and confidence we offer to our customers.
Where are these products manufactured?
We are an international distributor of products of different multinational manufacturers. Products are coming from all over the world. Gloves are primarily manufactured in Asia, wipes from Europe and USA, garments and mats primarily in Europe and Asia. Some products are converted or repacked in our own cleanrooms in Belgium.
What payment terms can you offer?
For all NEW customers we ask cash payment in advance to our bank account. We send you a pro forma invoice together with the order confirmation. Goods will only be shipped after arrival of the payment on our account: ING BANK, Antwerp, Belgium. Full details of our bank account are supplied together with the pro forma invoice and your order confirmation. Still we are open to negotiate other terms of payment depending on the volume of your orders and the type of agreement that is mutually negotiated.
Do you accept credit card payments?
At this moment we do not accept credit card payments. You can pay by bank transfer to our account ING BANK BELGIUM, IBAN BE80 3200 3433 8777, SWIFT CODE BBRUBEBB200 or by cheque.
Can I order online?
In this stage the website will not handle online orders. You can already input a detailed online quotation request as a first step towards an online order.
